Founders

GC Group has got founders, in addition to other governance team.Leonard Gashugi is a GC Group Co-founder and an award-winning (business) development practitioner and advocate, editor, publisher (where he has published business and technology-based articles and texts), and business management consultant since the 2000s (where he works as a consultant advising small businesses and top companies on performance improvement initiatives, as well as change management interventions).
He is also a former Commonwealth/Nuffield Cambridge Press Fellow, holder of a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and an MBA in Human Resources Management /International Management and several Diplomas and certificates in Business fields.
He is renowned for his tutorials in bid writing, business planning, leadership, marketing, strategic planning, organizational development, artificial intelligence cum capacity building.
He is both Founding Director and Chair of several SMEs, Institutes, Foundations and Centers.
He supports economic, environmental and social policy initiatives in Rwanda, the African region, and the Global South.
